- Recordings - audio and video recordings you create during practice interview sessions.

- Payment information - payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers. We receive confirmation of successful payments and basic transaction metadata from Stripe.
- Usage data - information about how you interact with the platform, such as interview history and feature usage.

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase - database, user authentication, and file storage (recordings).
- Stripe - payment processing. Stripe may collect and process payment information under its own privacy policy.
- Google - OAuth sign-in. When you sign in with Google, Google shares your basic profile information with us.
- OpenAI - powers the real-time voice interview experience. Your audio may be processed by OpenAI during live interviews.
- Anthropic - generates written feedback on your interview responses.

5. Data Storage and Retention
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. We retain your account data and recordings for as long as your account is active. If you would like your data deleted, you can request deletion by emailing us at hello@mmipractice.org.
6. Children's Privacy
MMIPractice.org is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone under 16, we will take steps to delete that information.
